You don't have to pay for it, as the jutsu comes with the pet, but this is just to make sure you don't add jutsu the pet can't necessarily have.

  7. I edited your post just to link the Slot System. I have one problem with this. The speed increase in projectiles. When you go into the realm of increasing the speed at which a weapon moves, it is Bukijutsu. Unless your seal is also a propulsion seal. If so, please state that, but then I'd make you add on an extra 10 CP.

Bloodline Name | Dry Ice Release Possessors | Utsubyō Appearance | White/Grey Hair and White/Grey Eyes Abilities | Dry Ice Release is an advanced version of Wind Release that freezes the carbon dioxide in the air for it to be used. It is far colder than Ice Release, being so cold that its temperature can travel through clothes, armor, objects, and even some walls, and can easily cause the highest level of frostbite through skin contact which triggers various effects that are irreversible even by medical jutsu and often causes the affected body part to be amputated. Additionally, Dry Ice is non-flammable and extremely heat resistant being immune to all heat based effects of jutsu regardless of rank. Therefore, Dry Ice is treated as three ranks higher against all heat based release jutsu, being easily able to phase through it uneffected. Even if someone were to use a heat based jutsu to overpower a Dry Ice Release technique, the ice would not necessarily melt but would just break from the power of that technique. Because it wouldn't melt, the duration of the jutsu would remain even though the jutsu is now rendered useless. Therefore if there was 4 post duration jutsu broken into pieces, the pieces would still remain for the remainder of the 4 posts. Dry Ice, also being low conductor of electricity, makes Dry Ice jutsu one rank higher against Lightning jutsu. The extreme cold of Dry Ice is fatal against plants, therefore this release is treated is two ranks higher against Wood Release Jutsu, freezing it. Even when Wood Release overpowers the jutsu, the Dry Ice Release has an after effect of making the jutsu one rank weaker because its cold effect. Dry Ice Release can be used in vapor and solid form. Because Dry Ice is so dangerous to the human body, the user having this release would develop immunity to all its effects whether from their own jutsu or another's jutsu. Therefore, Dry Ice Release users are immune to all cold/freezing effects. Weaknesses | Water Release jutsu are treated as three ranks higher against Dry Ice Release jutsu. Once a Water Jutsu strong enough touches the Dry Ice, the Dry Ice will rapidly start to evaporate. The Water only has to be at least 10% of the size of the Dry Ice for it to evaporate. If it isn't at least 10% the size, it will only evaporate the section of Dry Ice that it touches. Boil Release jutsu are treated as two ranks higher against Dry Ice Release jutsu. It follows the same rules as Water Release jutsu. Steel Release jutsu are treated as one rank higher against Dry Ice Release jutsu being able to break it and release the sealed gas. Dry Ice Release in vapor form do not follow the above stated releases and is instead weak to Wind Release. Wind Release are treated one rank higher against the vapor form.   10. Okay, lets try this again. Seeing how this is a slot increasing seal, I'll only ask you since this is meant to be a public jutsu. "When using this jutsu, the user must follow the slot system." This is only to prevent the possibility of someone trying to summon two huge weapons that take up 3 slots each. I would hope someone wouldn't do that, but you never know. You can write that quote in your own words if you wish, and that link just links to the equipment guide.

But if you wanna wait for me to make the seal and get it approved, I'll approve this once the seal is approved. However as you probably already figured, you'd need fuinjutsu to use your powers.

  21. No You can't create chakra out of nothing. Any jutsu your clone uses will be taken out of your chakra pool. So when the clone is first created, it emerges from the user's body correct? If so, put that.
